January 31: Deadline for symposia/workshops/special events, sponsors

February 15: Announce symposia/workshops/special events 

March 1: Announce Code of Conduct Committee membership; abstract and Student Travel Award deadline; Caregiver Grant deadline

April 15: Decisions on abstracts, Student Travel Awards, Caregiver Grants  

April 30: Deadline for vendors; announce Nice Award plenary 

May 15: Early Registration deadline; program and abstract book available 

June 20: CONFERENCE TIME!
