All trips will originate at the Hobart and William Smith Colleges (HWSC) campus. Participants should sign up for field trips separately from conference registration, using the additional field trip registration form; payment, though, can be combined by either writing a single check or by using the secure online site. The deadline for field trip registration is 24 April 2010.
We encourage individuals who may have already registered (and paid for their registration) before the field trip information was available to add field trips to their registration by mailing the trip registration form, with payment by check or money order.
A list of birding sites and instructions that participants can use to bird on their own will be available at the meeting registration desk, as well as posted on this website by mid-April. Questions about field trips should be addressed to John Waud (jmwscl@rit.edu, 585-475-2182).
